The Captain Midnight Blend is a powerful combination of two fantastic coffee components: the Ethiopia Hamasho Natural and the Honduras Cafe UNO Washed. Cafe UNO started as an innovative collaboration between a non-profit organization and small cooperatives, with the goal of creating a more sustainable way to produce and market coffee. It consists of 11 cooperatives and 158 dedicated producers who see specialty coffee and microlots as the most sustainable path forward. The natural Hamasho captures the Sidama region's unique microclimate, delivering a vibrant, complex, and fruit-forward cup that showcases why Hamasho Washing Station's coffees are considered some of the best in Ethiopia.
